By using this website and or booking with Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports you accept, agree, and are bound to all terms of use and the liability waiver and release. If you are dissatisfied with this website, any content on the site, or do not agree with these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this website or the services and facilities of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. You acknowledge, by your use of this website and services offered by Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports, that your use is at your sole risk.
General Overview
Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports - Refers to the following: Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports facilities, equipment, any their employees, trainers, instructors, representatives, volunteers, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers singular or plural.
Clients - Refers to the following: clients, attendees, visitors, spectators, individuals, their children, business, or clubs singular or plural.
Animals - Refers to any animal of any species brought onto the property at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports including but not limited to Dogs, Cats, Rats, Gerbils, Sheep, and Geese, singular or plural
Parties - Refers to Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports and Clients singular or plural.
Comments - Includes comments, suggestions, feedback or recommendations
This policy applies to all clients, attendees, visitors, spectators, individuals, their children, business, or clubs who use facilities at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. Any individual under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian accept the terms & liability waiver on their behalf. Under no circumstances, shall Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports or any of their employees, trainers, instructors, representatives, volunteers, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages or injury to clients, their animals, any personal property including vehicles arising out of or in connection with the use of facilities or attendance at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind (whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of data, income or profits), whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, even if an authorized representative of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.

Clients who use facilities at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports expressly acknowledge and understand that activities, sports, attendance and use at our facility will be provided in an environment where hazards may exist, including but not limited to: wild animals, insects, holes in the ground, debris, barb wire fencing, wire fencing, holes in fencing, wires, twine, rocks, water, grass, allergens, noxious weeds, poisonous plants, trees, branches, uneven ground, snow, ice other natural hazards expected or unexpected, dogs, animals, their owners, communicable illness or diseases to clients or their animals, vehicles, equipment designed for use by clients used properly or improperly, and equipment located on the facility. Clients expressly agree to indemnify, hold harmless, to pay all losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports from any claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with use at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports.
Heath
Animals participating in training, sports and activities are never without risk of injury to yourself or your animals. Do not attend any event, activity or participate in any way at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports if you and or your animals/s are not in good health and physically fit enough to safely participate in any activities with or without accommodations.
Any dogs or animals brought onto the property at Sirius Unleashed Dog sports must be free of fleas, parasites and infectious diseases, and past any contagious period. Clients warrant that their animals are in good health and physically fit enough or have appropriate support to safely participate in the activities the client chooses to undertake with their animals. If you attend and participate at any activity you agree that you do so at you and your animals own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, your animals and agree to release and discharge Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. We strongly recommend that you consult with your physician and your animal/s veterinarian before using facilities, attending or participating in any event or activities held at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. Clients' animals must be current and up to date on vaccinations and deworming, which may include rabies, parvovirus, distemper, and any other vaccinations deemed appropriate for the age and species of animal/s by the client’s veterinarian.

Injury & Damage
If the client or their animals causes injury to representatives of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports, any other clients, bites or injures any dogs, animals, or individual during the term of this agreement, the client shall pay any and all associated costs, including direct or indirect losses and damages resulting, suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney/legal fees. If the client or their animals are injured in any manner including, in a fight, training, participating in events or any usage of the facilities and equipment during or after the term of the agreement, client assumes the risk and agrees that Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports shall not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the client.
The entire facility is non smoking of any substance with a burning ember. Vape pens are acceptable. Clients are not to modify any property of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sport, if a deficiency is seen or perceived they must contact Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports. If the client or their animal/s should cause any direct or indirect losses, damages or modifies any property or equipment belonging to Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports, other clients personal property, including vehicles, out of, or in connection with the use of facilities or attendance at Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports they shall be held liable weather the action was intentional or unintentional, and pay any and all associated costs including any loss of income to Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports or legal fees associated to remedying the loss or damage to the condition in which it was prior to causing the loss, damage or modification.
Intelectual Propery, Social's & Corrections
Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports welcomes comments and suggestions regarding any portion of our operation in which individuals feel improvements or changes could be made. Any comments, feedback suggestions or other recommendations provided to Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports shall become and remain property of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sport. By providing any comments you entitle Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports to reproduce, disclose, publish or use for any purpose without restriction or compensation in any way. Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports welcomes sharing and comments on social media platforms. If you review, like, tag, or post about Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports this is considered implied consent for Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports to use the materials, comments, photos etc. for our own use, this may include but is not limited to use on www.Unleasheddogsports.ca our Google page, any of our social pages in the forms of stories, posts, tags, reels and any other offering by the above mentioned platforms. All of the content provided by Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports on our website, social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, including graphics, images, illustrations, logos, audio & video clips and text are the property of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports and not to be reproduced without prior written permission.

Use of this website and facilities following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by any terms and conditions as changed. It is your responsibility to review these terms whenever you use or engage with this website or attend any facility operated by Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports .The information on this website may contain errors or inaccuracies, may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to change or update information at any time without notice, including after services have been scheduled. These changes shall apply immediately. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to service description, pricing and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may result in, however are not held liable for any damage or loss that may be incurred on the clients end due to these changes.
Right to Terminate
At the sole discretion of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports, we reserve the right to terminate any agreement at any time for any reason, cease to provide any service and tell the client to leave immediately, without warning. The client shall leave immediately upon being told. Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports reserves the right to determine at their sole discretion if any behavior or action falls within the following list, no legal decision or intervention is required for Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports to determine if the following has occurred on our property. This may include but is not limited to dangerous and vicious animals, clients breach of any term or condition of this agreement, failure to pay any monies owed, act in an aggressive, threatening, harassing, offensive or deceitful manner towards any representative of Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports, any other client or any individual on the property, commit theft, fraud, mischief, any criminal act, damage property intentionally or unintentionally, act in a reckless manner, or be intoxicated from drugs or alcohol. Upon termination of any agreement, all intellectual property rights, confidentiality and restrictions shall continue notwithstanding such termination.Sirius Unleashed Dog Sports duties shall terminate but all other provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
